1 oz Almonds
1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
1 cup Arizona Diet Peach tea
1 cup Kashi GoLean cereal
1 cup Frozen fruit (Strawberry/Blueberry/Grape/etc)

Blend all that up... Makes a really good breakfast smoothie... Somewhere around 500 calories...
Mine is really simple:


lite cranberry raspberry juice
frozen mixed berries
low cal sherbet --I like raspberry
a 4 oz container of light n fit vanilla yogurt.

sometimes i add some sugar free lemonade.

I don't really measure..just guestimate enough for however many I'm making

I'm eating one right now, to get my cals up for the day. Very simple but delicious:

- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt

- 1 cup frozen blueberries

Normaly I'll also add a banana, but we're out of them today.
1/2 cup water

1/2 scoop whey protein powder, chocolate

1/2 frozen banana

Add ice to desired thickness - I like mine thick because this almost tastes like a milkshake! Only about 100 cal, too. Very filling.

cup skim milk, 1 small banana, cup blueberries, squirt lemon juice, packet of sweetener to taste, a few ice chips/cubes, blend till ice is pulverized and smoothie is thick...

eat 1/2 now and chill til ready, then stir & eat 1/2 later...

3/4 cup frozen berries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 to 3/4 cup water and a tablespoon of splenda.
1 Cup chocolate silk (soy milk)

1 Cup frozen strawberries

1 banana

put all in blender, add ice if you like it thick.

You know what would be really awesome though (this is completely off topic but entirely relevant to PB) is if they would make a cereal with the little balls in Peanut Butter Captain Crunch and then also have the Purple/Red (Grape/Strawberry) Fruit Pebbles.... It would be a PB&J cereal!!!!! I would dieeee (Or at least feel like I was in heaven)

OMG don't they have receses peanut butter cup cereal?  Couldn't you just mix the two?  Like reses peanut butter cup and Fruity pebbles?
