| 4 | pork chops |
| 1 | can cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | tsp garlic salt |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
| 1/2 | cup flour |
Recipe Directions for Smothered Pork Chops
- season chops w/ garlic salt, pepper & flour
- brown chops in skillet on both sides
- place in glass baking dish
- whisk together soup & 1 can water
- pour soup mix over chops
- cover with foil
- bake 50 - 60 min @ 350
- *Serve with Mashed Potatoes or Rice to go with gravy*
