Easy recipe. Can substitute chicken breasts for pork chops.

Recipe Ingredients for Smothered Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Smothered Pork Chops

  1. season chops w/ garlic salt, pepper & flour

  2. brown chops in skillet on both sides

  3. place in glass baking dish

  4. whisk together soup & 1 can water

  5. pour soup mix over chops

  6. cover with foil

  7. bake 50 - 60 min @ 350

  8. *Serve with Mashed Potatoes or Rice to go with gravy*
