Snack foods your diet couldn't live without?

Quote  |  Reply

As we all know, snacks are an important part of any healthy diet. So, what are your favorite diet-friendly snack foods?

Mine are pickles. Especially Van Holten's Zesty Garlic pickles. Cucumbers are naturally low in calories, so that 5oz pickle is filling, delicious, and takes forever to eat! Just make sure to balance the sodium content of the pickle with extra water.
