Most of us are looking for some easy snacks that are healthy & low in calories. I was hoping to use this forum for everyone to share some snack ideas!

I'll start.

  • I ussually like to get the mini 'snack size' ziplock baggies and put some low cal cereal in it (this is for of course, on-the-go)
  • celery with a spoonful of natural peanut butter (excellent source of protein!)
Now, it's your turn!
Post how ever many ideas you want!

My new favorite snack is banana slices on whole wheat ritz crackers. So yummy!
YUM! I like bananas with peanut butter too!
I get huge cravings for frozen grapes. They are super sweet and super delicious.
I like a wedge of laughing cow cheese and kavli crispbread.....yum.

reduced sugar Cinamon Toast Crunch cereal is AMAZING. Per 3/4 cup, 110 calories and 2 grams sugar. Great snack if you're looking for vitamins and something sweet.
We have a new Yoplait yogurt in our area. It's "thick and creamy" and it's still the 100 calorie variety. It is absolutely delicious! After I eat it, I feel like I should be guilty of eating something I shouldn't have! Makes a great after dinner snack if you're looking for something in the way of dessert.
My favourite snack is a cup of strawberries with a 60-calorie block of dark chocolate melted to dip them in. I also like chocolate and Cracker Jack-flavour rice cakes.

Campbell's Gardennay Summer Asparagus and Sweet Basil Soup (80 calories per cup) and many of the other flavours (like Butternut Squash, yumm) are very good also.
My fav snacks:

A.1 mini box of raisins and 3 pieces of dark chocolate

B.1 serving of quaker rice cakes ( I love ranch and bbq flavor)

C.1 mini bag of smart popcorn

D.thick and creamy yogurt. ( I love that stuff!!!)

E. Weight watcher english toffee ice cream bar

F. Skinny cow vanilla ice cream sandwich.

I usually have 2 snacks a day. And its hard to choose what I want lol. :P
I eat 2-3 snacks per day.  Two of them are almost always fruit, the other almost always a thick n creamy yoplait yogurt.  On occassion if I really want junk food I have a 100 calorie pack.  Hostess cupcakes are my fave.
I like healthier snacks, so its mainly fruit

Apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon, dipped in yogurt. variations - flavoured yogurt, mandarins in plain yogurt,
Self-flavoured yogurts - ovaltine/cocoa, diet jam, diet jello crystals
Berries - defrosted topping yogurt, drizzled with honey, microwaved with 1 tsp splenda on top of biscuits
Unibic sponge fingers and Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa
Paradise Vive Lights Date and Ginger - 2 for 66 cal, plus hot choc
Caramel Milkshake - 3/4c milk, 25g cottees diet syrup caramel, mixed well in a shaker until it foams.
Rice cakes topped with - salsa and cucumber, peanut butter, bananas, honey and wheat germ, cottage cheese and canned fruit - hot
'chips' and 'dip' - 'chips' - sliced cucumber, carrot, capsicum, celery or rice snacks, or toasted pita bread with salsa or cottage cheese or cottagecheese-french onion soup mix or sweet chilli sauce.
Yogurt and cottage cheese mixed with kiwi-fruit chopped or passionfruit
100 cal worth of Just right or Light and Tasty (cereals that are fortified)
1 weetbix in half, filled with fruit, topped with water and microwaved until hardening
1 weetbix and swiss miss diet powder, add boiling water and mush
Hunts fat free snack puddings - warmed (90 cal)
My current favorite snack is Cheerios!  1 cup = 110 calories, and it's good for your heart and cholesterol.  I had forgotten how good Cheerios are. 
oh frozen grapes sound great! i'm going to put mine in the fridge right now!!

Only 8 frozen soft-serve yogurt only 32 cals for 1/2 a cup (4 oz)!

OR

Wow Cow frozen yogurt only 38 cals for 1/2 a cup (4 oz)!

Check out your local frozen yogurt shop for em thats only around ten calories per ounce. and it tastes great!
Egg drop soup... I just use egg whites
Fruit salad
Self-flavoured yogurt - only 70 cals per 3/4 cup
Steamed veggies w. salt, pepper and lemon juice
1/4 cup home made granola - dry
Banana shake - 1/2 banana w. unsweetened almond breeze, cinnamon & sweetner for less than 100 cals
Light cream cheese, or sheeps milk cream cheese (it has 6 times the calcium load of cows' milk) spread on cucumber slices with dill
Frozen luna bar
Edamame
Miso soup
McDonald's soft serve ice cream cones. 150 calories, 3 grams fat if I remember correctly.

Also I am OBSESSED with multigrain Cheerios. I love them and want to marry them.
And when I'm only in the mood to put something in my mouth (i.e., bored while I'm watching tv or something), sugar free popsicles are GREAT!

My suggestion for a good snack is MISO soup. It's super filling, good for you, DELICIOUS and only 50 calories!!
100 calories of pure raw awesomeness:

1 medjool date, split in half
2 raw almonds
something you like to dip sweet things in (e.g. cacao powder, maca, coconut)

Press an almond into each half of the date.  Dip this into your favorite thing.

Easier than pie.
JELLO 100-Cal pudding cups, Fudgicles, Dark chocolate hershey's kisses, Smartpop 100-cal bags (the butter-flavored is delicious, but the kettle corn is my favorite), Quakes (especially the Carmel ones),
...In case it is not clear yet, I have a HUGE sweet tooth. I love to snack too! That's part of my problem. :)
well.. not exactly a healthy snack.. but definitely a craving killer: Tofutti fudge pops. 30 calorie frozen treat full of tofu-ey awesomeness.
