SNACK iDEAS. (Feel free to add!)

Most of us are looking for some easy snacks that are healthy & low in calories. I was hoping to use this forum for everyone to share some snack ideas!

I'll start.

  • I ussually like to get the mini 'snack size' ziplock baggies and put some low cal cereal in it (this is for of course, on-the-go)
  • celery with a spoonful of natural peanut butter (excellent source of protein!)
Now, it's your turn!

1-clementine+ low fat yogurt+ muesli

2-low fat yogurt + vanilla powder

3-any fruit

4-nuts (cashew , pistachio, Wasabi Green Peas ...)

If you've got a sweet tooth and 190 calories to play with, the new Weight Watchers muffins are to die for. The Double Chocolate and Blueberry varieties are my favorites. They are rich and moist and loaded with 5 to 6 grams of fiber!

Jell-0 Sugar Free pudding cups. They are only 60 calories, and they come in flavors like Banana pudding with Fudge on top and vanilla pudding with caramel on top. They are really yummy, and are great for dessert too!
