I need help with ideas for snacks during the day. I work in an office and have access to both a microwave and a fridge, so anything goes! I've been eating granola bars, both from Enjoy Life and Clif Kids (love those Z-bars!). But I'm starting to feel a little bored with only granola bars. Any ideas?
I'd like to stay around or below 150 calories, and I don't dislike any particular type of food. What is your favorite mid-afternoon snack?

You could make a small serving of oats and top with a sprinkle of raisins ect
Cereal (1oz) and milk
About 25g of nuts
About 50g of most dried fruits
Yoghurt
Hummus and veggies
Cup of soup
Snack portion of cheese, and a couple of crackers plus veggies
1 tbs peanut butter on a ryvita or two rice cakes
25g chocolate
Roasted chickpeas
Small slice of maltloaf
An apple and a snack cheese
Apple and PB
Baby carrots and fat free dressing
... Probably lots others too! x

I'd add popcorn, cottage cheese, boiled eggs...
this is what I eat pretty much every day.. haha.
yogurt (80 calories)
apple (80 calories)
popcorn (100 calories)
suckers x 2 (80 calories)
and occasionally carrots/ diet sodas.
