ghiradelli dark chocolate squares they are 55 calories per square. 

It might sound like quite an odd combo, but I LOVE BANANAS WITH CHOCOLATE-FLAVORED (OR VANILLA) COOL WHIP! Its probably less than 100 calories, reminds me of a banana split!

Low or no fat vanilla yogurt-mix some hazelnut or mocha flavored splenda in it-my new fave. (splenda flavors for coffee, comes in a little box with like 30 single serving packets in it.)

Fat-Free Pudding Cups (I like to mix in Raspberries)

I love chewy candy, so I eat fruit roll-ups to curb those cravings (my husband thinks they are gross, but if you like gummies and other chewy sugary junk-and I do- it's a slightly better subsitute)

Low sugar granola bars

Nonni's makes a chocolate biscotti at 100cals that is delicious (and I don't even like biscotti normally, but this is like a rich cookie)

Pringles makes 100cal chip cups

 

1/4 c grapenuts 6 chocolate chips 1 tsp peanut butter enough boiling water to cover stir it around top with vanilla yogurt

Oh yeah.

Chocolate vitatop muffins (some will say they're overpriced and you're better off making your own, but IMO they are worth it.)

I'll second the Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares (I have one of these every day)

100 calorie snak cup of devils food pudding mixed with two tablespoons of cool whip free  - makes a great chocolate mousse

CEREAL!  1 serving cocoa krispies w/ 1/2 cup almond breeze:  140 cals  Cocoa puffs w/ 1/2 cup almond breeze:  130 cals

Cocoa Via chocolate snack bars - 80 calories

Chocolate pudding- 45-110 calories depending on brand

Hot chocolate - 25-50 calories depending on brand

Oatmeal or cream of wheat with suagr free chocolate syrup - 115 calories
I dont know if you guys have them but golden crumpets (like doughy bread with holes in it) are about 90 cal each and VERy filling. I used to have them for brekkie.

I love to mix 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin and 1/3 cup fiber one. Add cinnamon, splenda and normally I will put 2 tbsp. cool whip if i have the extra 25 cals. It is so good and tastes like pumpkin pie to me. I also like to put about an ounce of deli meat in a LTF tortilla with some mustard, lettuce and tomato.
