If you do a search they're easy to find. :)

i like those natures valley granola bars, they are 80 calories for one bar and 160 for two.   i eat 1 in the afternoon at work when i get hungry.

i also like the 100 calorie popcorn, thats really good too!

another thing i like to eat in the evening is a scoop of frozen yogurt, depending on what you get its right around 100 calories for a 1/2 cup, but generally i hold off on some calories during the day or walk extra and have (omg!) 1 whole cup.  lol   theres low sugar and low fat ice cream too, you just have read the nutrition facts.

now im not saying that all this stuff is really healthy, but it is fairly low calorie and it tastes good when you need a little treat.   and as far as the popcorn goes i don't eat it too often it makes me retain water.   im really touchy for some reason with salt.   but its sure a nice snack when the family is sitting down and popping in a good movie.  ;)

Can I write a novel? Laughing

- Half a banana with a tbsp of light peanut butter on it.
- Sliced banana with raspberries in a bowl of skim milk
- A few tortilla chips (depends on the brand you buy) with salsa
- Fat free fruit flavoured yogurt with granola
- Sweet peppers (or any veggie!) and dip (I make my dip using light sour cream or plain fat free yogurt mixed with a dry soup mix)
- Cheese strings (yes the things you put in kids lunches) (only 60 calories!) AND a pepperoni stick (okay thats 160 calories - but pepperoni and cheese just go together!)
- Kashi All Natural Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate (130 calories) (I think I"ll have one right now actually)
- Roma tomato cut in half and the open half sprinkled with light parmesean cheese & basil and broiled in the oven until the cheese browns.
- Cantelope
- Apple slices with cheese (or peanut butter)

.... I think I'll stop now.

Triscuit Fire Roasted Tomato Crackers- usually even a half serving will stop hunger pains. 120 calories per serving but also good source of fiber.

Fiber One Bars- Peanut Butter is my favorite but they also have chocolate and caramel versions. Around 140 calories per bar and very high in fiber. Helps fill that sweets craving nicely.

Fruits- watermelon, peaches, pineapple, apples, grapes

Reduced fat string cheese

Yoplait Fat Free Yogurt- tons of flavors, my favorite is Strawberry Orange Sunrise, only 100 calories per container.

- Apple and light cheese stick - 140 cals

- 1/2 c. Fiber one, 1/4 c Kashi GoLean, 1/2 c unsweetened Almond Breeze - 115 cals

- 1 piece light bread (toasted), 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin (both spread on top) - 100 cals

- 1 c fat free plain yogurt, 1/2 cup pumpkin, sprinkle of cinnamon - 150 cals

- 1 high fiber high protein tortilla, light string cheese melted on top - 150 cals

- 1 high fiber high protein tortilla, 2 slices turkry breast, mustard, lettuce - 135 cals

- 1/2 english muffin, 1 veggie sausage patty, 1 fat  free cheese slice (melted on in micro) - 125 cals

- All fruits and veggies, really

- 1 low cal bagel, a couple slices of light tofu, sprinkle of garlic powder and onion salt - 140 cals

- 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled with 2 slices of turkey breast mixed in - 140 cals

- 1/4 cup pinto beans, 1 tbsp salsa, 1 high fiber high protein tortilla     - 150 cals

I have lots of low cal snacks!  However, I CANNOT put together a high cal meal for some reason =\ haha So I'm constantly snacking on the things above!

most <150 calorie snacks tend to be too small, except for:

100 calorie popcorn. orville redenbacher's mini bags (butter or kettle corn) are pretty decently sized.

or,

i like to take a box of jell-o instant sugar free pudding and mix it with water instead of milk (you have to use half the amount of liquid it requires with milk, since milk is thicker than water) and eat the whole thing instead of just 1/4 of the recipe. it's incredibly filling, usually at about 100-120 calories. i add a couple packets of splenda to sweeten it.

I keep mini versions of candy bars and have 1 or 2 if I am being bad....that way I'm getting my fix and keeping cals down!

Some of them have been said already

-Banana

-Cheese Strings

-PICKLES! They're a little high in sodium but really low in calories

-Dole (or any brand) fruit cups in light syrup. They usually run under 100 cal, but make sure you check the label and the serving size

chocolate Vitamuffins/Vitatops (in the freezer section)

Weight Watchers ice cream (usually 140 calories a serving)

one small corn tortilla toasted or microwaved with cheese on top and a veggie if you want

I love the following...

South Beach Diet Cereal Bars-Cranberry Almond or Peanut Butter...both delicious

Cottage Cheese w/Apple Sauce-portioned to less than 150 cal.

Dannon Fit & Light Flavored Yogurt-only 60 calories...strawberry/banana is my fave

Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches~a great treat to eat once in awhile.

Quesadillas-Soft Shell Tortilla w/Fat Free Cheddar and Salsa...toasted to perfection in the oven.  Delicious!  Also, I've made mini pizzas by spreading the salsa on the tortilla, then topping with fat free/low fat cheese and veggies.  I bake it for a few minutes and it satisfies my cravings.  Great low cal/low fat pizza alternative!

If I feel that I need chocolate or a cheat-like food...I grab a chocolate chip granola bar.  100 calories.  It's not the greatest for you, but it gets me through if I have a "moment".

I eat a couple of snacks a day.  It really helps me to get through the day.  I keep breakfast, lunch and dinner at lower calories levels to allow myself to graze and snack throughout the day.  It's really worked for me.  I've lost 42lbs since Jan 1, 2008.

Keep going!  You're doing a great thing for your health!!
