WOW! that's an amazing list!
That is so great. Sometimes one of the hardest thing I find in
changing my eating habits is just thinking of what else I can have

No problem!! We all have to stick together!!!
That's great! Actually it's just the thing I need when I'm a stubborn 100 cal under my 500-700 deficit. Don't wanna take it off too fast or go into starvation mode!
