SNICKER DOODLES

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour (self rising)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix butter, Crisco, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs. Blend in flour.

  3. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon, roll balls in mixture and place 2" apart on ungreased pan.

  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

  5. Makes 5.5 dozen cookies. 1 serving = 1 cookie
