Yay! sorry guys, I was just so excited and had to post!

going out to the mountains today!    I'm terrible at snowboarding but that is okay!     it burns a ton of cals and totally works out your legs, butt, and abs!     yay for incorparating a fun activity to be active and healthy for life!

wow what an amazing workout I had today!!

I had so much fun!!   I know that it is a good leg workout, but wow, what a good abs workout boarding is!!  seriously, just standing up and rolling over and holding your balance,  talk about core workout!!   sooooo amazing!

I feel incredible right now.  totally boosted my mood =)
