I was wondering how much sodium am I suppose to be eating? Most days I am up in the 3,000. I am doing everything good as far as I know. Drinking plenty of water, exercising, and watching my calorie intake. Atleast I am not gaining. anyways...if anyone knows anything about sodium...let me know please. I could use some responses about this. Thanks so much.

I am also totally clueless on how much sodium I'm supposed to limit myself to... so, sorry, but MAJOR bump! Could really use input.
Thanks!!! :)
