soft whole wraps with 13g of fiber!!!!
One large wrap is only
100 cals
3g of fat (made with exta virgin olive oil (no sat fat)
13g of of dietary fiber!!!!!
8g of protien!!! ( not bad for a carb food)
Thought that was pretty good for a wrap/soft tortilla.
where did you find these? like, what store and where?
i've been looking for these but have never found them.
Be aware they are made with high fructose corn syrup -- for those that are sensitive to HFCS.
As I said, I do love this stuff, but I also find that there is a slight odd aftertaste... has anyone else noticed?
coachk... are you sure they're made with HFCS?? Yikes, I should double check my bag,... cause I remember reading the ingredients, but I don't remember HFCS....
They have an odd smell to me as well.
I can only eat "wraps" if I heat them up first -- I agree there is a funky taste
I love these as well! I found them at a Safeway grocery store. They do taste a bit different, but I don't really mind. Try some all natural peanut butter on one and roll it up-makes a great breakfast!
Just wanted share!

Because of the high fiber content they don't taste like taqueria tortillas, but they are really good on their own right. I double-checked, and they don't contain HFCS. They actually have almost no sugar in them at all. That is part of their "healthy carb" sales pitch.
Wow -- then they must have reformulated the recipe, because the package I have clearly says, "high-fructose corn syrup" in the ingredients. Of course they've been sitting in my fridge for a couple of months now (because I didn't notice that before I bought them)
I tried the La Tortilla factory after I read a post on here, I liked them at first, but was using them in place of a spanish receipe, so I didn't really get the full flavor of the wrap because of all the spices and sabor! But when tried alone, they were not appettizing, kind of like the Flat-Out wraps. My favorite thhus far, has been hands down...Josephs lavash Breads, and wraps. HTey have big rectangle big ones, for wraps or pizza (i make thin crust pizza with them), the whome thing is 100 calories! Then they have these small pita like ones, that are great as a fluffly tortilla, roti, naan, or pita bread for tuna salad, They are great, and the ones withthe omega-3 and flax seed are good too, they aren't exspensive at all, and with 60 calories per pita, you can't bea tthat, plus the protein and fiber content is high too! Try those out! I got them from a wla-mart not too far form my house, but the other wal-marts dont carry them, so you may have to look around.
