Sombody Finally noticed!!!

One if the engineers I work with noticed my weightloss...YAY... about time.. When I weighed yesterday I was down 29 bs... when i weight this morning the scale showed a 4lb gain (It better just be water) So hearing a compliment this morning was a really motivating boost!!! It's nice to know hard work is paying off!! Thanks to Erick and the Gang and all of my friends here at calorie-count for the support and motivation!!

Oh I know what you mean!  My fellow employees have mentioned my loss, but they have seen me at my fattest and now at my thinnest, so they can notice a difference.  What shocked me was an investment specialist (i work in a bank) came in today who I hadn't seen in 7 months, and only met 3-4 times before in my life, came up to me and said "and you've lost a lot of weight...you look great! what're you doing?"  Very satisfying to me.  The only problem is now a co-worker has me analyze everything they eat..."are pretzels non-fat? are these good? what about these"  that can get annoying.

Thanks everyone!  Finewine... My hubby constantly does that... he is always wanting me to analyze his food... Its ok if he does it... its his weay of showing support and following along.....but if a co-worker starts up...I dont think so...
