I came up with an idea ;)!

Rules are simple:

The truth is that i dont realy digg cakes that much, i prefer main courses... but i do enjoy this one :P :

Well I like my grandma's angel food cake with pink butter frosting, as well as her chocolate chip cake. I also like the chocolate stampede at Longhorn Steakhouse (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3409/328785973 3_5fe74de94d.jpg) and the marble cakes from a local place.

The only thing better than my mom's cake in Wedding cake, I haven't had a nasty wedding cake ever. That reminds me I need to find a wedding to crash so I can get some cake

I've never had much of a sweet tooth, takes me a lot to touch things with suger. i have a greesy/fatty tooth, not a sweeth tooth haha.

but one thing i cant say no to, is cheese cake
wait... cheese cake, thats not a cake... its a pie.. oh well, scew it lol

I had a picture of my German Chocolate and Orange Blossom cakes too, but I forgot to put in my camera card when I took them so they are stuck now. Phooey.

xohmyx - my problem was the oppisote. I loved sweet things but was never a fan of rich, heavy foods (mac and cheese, lasagna, fried stuff, etc.). I've overcome any of my former sugar-craving habits now though.

P.S. - cheesecake is awesome, no matter what they say! Cheesecake Factory's White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle is THE BOMB!

Chocolate Mousse
A layer of chocolate fudge cake, a layer of white chocolate mousse, a layer of milk chocolate, and layer of dark chocolate. Finished with white chocolate shavings.

Actually, that's just the description of my favorite cake, but the picture is only similar. The one I get is a chocolate pyramid. I'll eat anything chocolatey and pyramid-y now...

Zeb - do you have any recipes for cakes? I haven't had cake in y-e-a-r-s - really want to try it again and make it special :-)

Do I? DO I EVER! Hahah. I actually own a small bakery, erm, "cakery" where I make and sell my cakes. Several of them are my own recipe or adaptation - see the strawberry cake. I suppose since you're over in the UK you're not going to be giving me any tough competition though so if you'd like a few recipes I can mail them to you! Just let me know what kind of cake you're looking for...

That Red Velvet cake (from Pinch My Salt) is my ALL-TIME favorite go-to red velvet recipe! Looks like I'm not the only one to find it.

Angel Food cake is awesome. Not just because it's fat-free either!

Mashed, if you want some recipes you can just message me. Today I sold and delivered three cakes - two birthday cakes (a triple chocolate and a red velvet) and a Memorial Day cake (strawberry).

I make most of my cakes from scratch, but have one that I bake when we're camping (I use cast iron dutch ovens and charcoal) that's simply a French vanilla mix that I punch up with extra vanilla a bit of nutmeg, and whatever else comes to mind at the time, and then top with blackberry pie filling and low fat cool whip...

Sorry...no pictures, but we're going camping this coming week, maybe I can get a picture! :)
