I need to workout. I just can't seem to find the energy today!! Any tips?

You may want to get your Iron and B-12 checked by a doctor, both of those can cause tiredness.
Umm.. well, this is going to sound harsh, but..
Work out. Or don't. Don't make excuses.
If you WANT to work out, do something. Do something now.
If you don't, than don't.
Put on you favorite rock n roll music and start dancing around the house.  Works for me on the blah, I don't feel like exercising days. At least you're moving.

There's been times where I've had a long day at work, and I get home, and I just want to sit and veg, but what is that doing for me? Nothing.

You'll feel better after you do your workout. I know I always do.
I felt like this one day last week. Just did not want to go, had no enery. I asked myself what's going to feel worse? Forcing myself to go work out or feeling really crappy that I didn't go. So I decided I'd force myself to go and do the best I could. If I couldn't complete the whole program and only do half a work-out than so be it.  Half is better than nothing. As it turned out, I completed the whole program and felt MUCH better.  If I hadn't gone at all, I would've been miserable. 
I always tell myself that I am never sorry that I worked out only sorry that I didn't work out. It also helps to know that I am doing something good for myself and that tends to get my butt up off the chair!
i dont feel like going to the gym anyday, and i havent ha. let your feelings become un-important in this case cause they can seriously hold you back. on that note im going to the gym today for the first time in months though. yay. (...only like 30 minutes tho, maybe less...already starting to reconsider ha)
