I have a question!
IS it not okay to eat after u are up from the bed?
What i mean is that.. After i woke up , i immediately walk to the kitchen and eat my breakfast.. !right after my eyes opened.
Like some ppl say ..Four hours Before u sleep , it is better not to eat anything ! so that u wont get fat. So is there a saying that it is not ok to eat straight away after we wake up ?
if i continue like this? will i get fat? will i get fat if i eat my breakfast immediate after i woke up?
All I could find is this:
Start the day with a big breakfast. Your body will become accustomed to the change in calorie intake and will speed up your metabolism early in the morning. It will also prevent you from eating more throughout the day. You don't have to eat immediately after waking, typically within 3 hours is acceptable, but try to be consistent, your body likes a routine.
So whilst you don't HAVE to have it straight away, it doesn't warn of anything when having it upon waking. I don't think there would be a problem as it kick starts your metabolism. Eating before bed is daft because your body goes into sleep mode so can't burn the food off as quickly.
