Can someone please help me out?
I just ate the whole bag of microwave popcorn, ( light butter) can someone tell me roughly how many cal I just ate? I'm so confused.

It really depends on the brand...
Some Examples -
Act II Microwave Light - 25cal per 1 cup [popped]
Smart Balance - 360cal - 1 bag
Do you not have the box? It's usually listed. What brand, how many oz was it unpopped, what, in exact words, was the type?
Well, I'd guess you could poke around the database here and try to find it :)
The "light" or "natural" versions are usually around 400 or 450 per bag. But as others said, it varies by brand and flavor.
I have Act II Butter lovers at home. Upopped a serving is about 170 cals, but 1 cup popped is about 35. There are 2.5 servings in the bag so thats about 100 cals for the whole bag, unless you ate the oiled up kernels.
Popcorn is my go to snack to fill me up without a lot of cals
i eat orville redenbacher's 94% fat free butter and its only 225 for a whole bag.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
