you cannot be on a 400 calorie diet! you will never be able to keep it all off becuase then u will want to binge :( trust me! go to the calorie calculator and figure out based on your body how many calories you should be eating.. and from there i will help you with foods.. xOx Maria <3

Hey girl I'm in about the same boat as you: 18, 5'2" and I started off at 159 (I'm 156 now).

First of all, you can absolutely not eat less than even 1200 calories a day. You really shouldn't even be eating less than 1500. You will not learn how to lose weight this way and you will gain all of it back and more as soon as you stop eating this way--I GUARANTEE that.

I can't really give you any recipes or stuff since I'm a horrible cook, but there are plenty of recipes around here lol.

Another thing is while I understand you just want to get the weightloss thing over with, it is a process and sometimes a tedious process. Try not to focus on how quickly you want to lose it and instead focus on how because of your previous eating habits, what you are doing is a lifestyle change. You are doing this forever. Do you really want to come back here at 170, 180 lbs when you learned that you couldn't keep it off because of unhealthy weightloss habits?

Anyway, the poster above me seems much better with food than I am so she can probably help you with that... haha.
