I am wondering if my expenditure is 2100 including light activity. Do I still track all my workouts or do I only track what is over 2 hours?

Huh?
Here's what I'd do: Find out your sedentary amount or BMR and then keep track of any workouts you do over that in a day. There's the amount of calories you need to get through what you do. Then, take 500-1000 off that total without going below 1200 (the bare minimum amount). There's your allowance to lose 1-2 lbs. a week (healthy rate).
Someone will surely correct me if I'm wrong.

if you set your activity level to light than you don't track the cals burned during workouts. if you set it to sedentray than you do. basicly.... :) it's more precise to do it the second way -- with setting act level to sedentary.
Thank you so much for answering I tried to ask the question twice and never got a response. I appreciate you taking the time to answer!!!
