I feel like an idiot, but I cannot come up with a good workout plan for myself as I'm gaining.  I either do too much cardio or not enough weight training.  I need help creating a weight training routine and I posted asking for help in fitness a while ago and got nothing.  PLEASE tell me what you do.

For now, I wouldn't include cardio into your routine. Muscle requires excess calories to build, so you need all of the calories you are getting! Weight train 3 times a week, or every other day with one break day (many like the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule).

If you are trying to gain, you should not be doing any intense cardio (jogging, running, the elliptical). If you are recovering from anorexia, your body may have broken down the muscle of your heart. So it is important not to overwork or stress your heart. Try light cardio like walking.
I'm not recovering from anorexia, just accidental malnutrition...basically anorexia without the psychological aspect of it - I was trying to lose weight, just be healthy.  My doctor told me its fine to keep working out as long as Im getting enugh fat and calories.
