There are a few smells that just make me feel that all is right with the world.
* I love puppy breath.
* Slightly bleached clean white laundry.
* Salty, fishy ocean air.
Do you have any nonfood (I don't want to fight the urge to bake brownies) smells that just trigger that all is perfect feeling in you?

Also the heads of freshly bathed toddlers. Time to snuggle.

oranges (yes, I know it's a food, but a good one- lol)
Campfire smoke
That first, subtle but unmistakable scent of thawing earth early in the spring.
The smell of newly cut hay in the summer.
Katsura leaves in the fall.
Eucalyptus bath oil in the winter.
Kittens. One of my cats still smells like kitten (even though she's almost three years old now). The other one just has fish breath.

I went out to smell the tomato plants, to see if it brought me peace. I ended up eating 'maters instead. Low cal breakfast, so I guess I am at peace!
