Something I wanted to share...

Quote  |  Reply

I made a food log for myself that I keep with me in my purse. There are times when you are away from your computer or in my case I need to see it on paper. I swear by it. So I thought I would share in case anyone else wanted to use it.

I hope you find it as useful as I do!

that didnt work...hang on

ok nevermind....apparantley I cant attach here and when I copy and paste it is a mess...

I do that too! I don't have a computer at home (the horror!!!) and I'm only able to use CC at work.  So on the weekends I'm on my own.  I still use the texting tool to get a roundabout idea of some things I don't know the calories for and then just write everything down.  It DOES help!

I wish I could add it to this, does anyone know how to add an attachment to a post?

You could post a screenshot of it in your gallery (using the print screen button on your keyboard, with the picture open.)

That's my only idea, html hurts my head

I do this too and also swear by it. I actually very rarely use the food log online.

For over a year now not a day has gone by where I dont carry around my calorie book and little notebook to record my cals.

It's been through losing 15 kg (33lbs)!  Laughing

I actually never use the calorie count online. Well, I use it (and other sites) to look stuff up, but I do my actual counting in a notebook that I always carry. And I've been doing it this way since I started counting November. I don't know why, but having it on paper just works best for me. I'm weird like that.

I do this too, I don't think it is weird, although i have had people think i am a little obsessed, it's just a good way to stay focused.

I wish I could do this.... I have a note book.... I just wish I could remember! I have such a bad memory....

it helps so much! somehow thinking you have to write down what you eat helps not to over do it!
