Eh, well im 15. 5'4 and when school started i went for my physical. Because its a must for when school starts. and i weighed 116. And recently i passed out in school and i was rushed to the doctor where they had weighed me and i was 110. I cant eat anything with out feeling guilty. My daily calorie intake is usually nothing over 600. Even when i do hit the 600 mark i feel guilty, like i could have done better, i could have restrcited myself better. Which is when i start excercising, ill run in place for an hour. ill do sit ups, crunches, anything that will make me lose some of the calories i have taken in that day. Since i was taken to the doctor i have lost 2 pounds. Please. help?

Yes, there is something wrong. You are not eating enough. It sounds like you are heading into ED territory, if you are not there already. Please see your doctor and a nutritionist who specializes in helping people recover from eating disorders.
And please, let your parents know that you are struggling.
You need to eat more, your starving yourself.
I think you have an Eating Disorder. You should see a school Nurse or a family physcian.
Your body needs calories to run. I'm going to post more links when I find them.

Here is some math to help you figure how many calories you should consume. Remember to never go under 1200 for a female and 1500 for a male. This was posted by a frequent visitor to the forums. Here is how you can figure your BMR and your caloric needs so that you can stay within 500-1000 calories of your needs. This is the most effective method of losing body fat and not losing water and muscle.
Imperial(US) BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
Metric (Canada) BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + ( 9.6 x weight in kilos ) + ( 1.8 x height in cm ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 13.7 x weight in kilos ) + ( 5 x height in cm ) - ( 6.8 x age in years )
This will calculate what you require even if you were to sit on your butt all day or sleeping most of the day. Because this is roughly how many calories your body will burn as a living, breathing, eating, heart-beating, digesting etc.. being. This does not include your daily activities. It is really easy to not eat enough, so you need to factor in your activity levels.
Harris Benedict Formula To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:
The calorie deficit should be achieved by a combination of fewer calories in (diet) and more calories out (exercise). This combination of diet and exercise is simply the best for lasting fat loss.
If you want to lose fat, a useful guideline for lowering your calorie intake is to reduce your calories by at least 500, but not more than 1000 below your maintenance level. One pound of fat = 3500 calories. That is why 1-2lbs per week is the best rate of fat loss. Anything faster would mean you are probably losing muscle mass and losing water. You want to lose FAT without doing damage to your body.
For people with only a small amount of weight to lose, 1000 calories is clearly ridiculous and would be too much of a deficit. As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1500 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are considered by most fitness, nutritional and exercise professionals to be quite low.
An alternative way of calculating a safe minimum calorie-intake level is by reference to your body weight or current body weight. Reducing calories by 15-20% below your daily calorie maintenance needs is a useful start.
- I know it is hard, but here is the facts:
Never go below 1200 calories if you are a female (1500 calories if you are male), because your body will go into starvation mode and it is possible that you might gain weight, besides doing damage to your body. As a female, your body and organs needs a minimum of 1200 calories just to function.
Your body needs 1200 calories per day to survive.
-The heart needs 12% of the calories (144 cals)
-The kidney needs 12% of the calories (144 cals)
-The Liver needs 23% of the calories (276 cals)
-The brain needs 23% of the calories (276 cals)
-The skeletal muscle needs 30% of the calories (360 cals)

- If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
- If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
- If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

IF there is something wrong with me, i cant talk to anyone about it. Im constantly told i have to eat more. And when i do eat people cal me fat. I feel like this is the only thing i have control over. Its my escape from everything around me.
Your not fat...
And a professional wouldn't call you fat.
Go see someone.

Escape? Control?
Your eating disorder is controlling YOU -- not the other way around.

You have an eating disorder. No question about it. I'm sorry..I know firsthand how awful it is.
But you need to be brave and get help ASAP, or you are on your way to an early grave. And I'm serious.
Tell your parents that you have an eating disorder and that you need help. Print them out information about eating disorders, so they can be better educated on how it is an actual DISEASE and NOT a choice.
If you can't tell them to their face, write them a letter. That is what I did. I can tell you from personal experience that it worked really well. My parents didn't get mad at me, didn't get angry - they WANTED to get me help. I'm so much happier now, honestly. You don't have to suffer this way. You don't have to live the way you are living. You can be happy again. I know you want to. Please get help.
If you ever want to talk to someone who's been through what you are going through, feel free to IM me. My AIM screenname is hurtbyasting
I'm online a lot. Sometimes it just helps to talk.

Who, may I ask, is calling you fat? I doubt you're sitting there eatnig a salad and someone says "eat another carrot, fatty!!". Sounds like an excuse so you can justify your actions. See a doctor!
I can't imagine anyone calling a 5'4" girl who weighs 110-115lbs fat because she eats! Maybe someone was joking with you when they said this, but no way can you possibly be fat.
You need to talk to someone about this. You should listen to those around you who love you and tell you that you need to eat more. They must be saying so because they are concerned about you. (They don't understand that it is not as simple as eating more) You are so young, seek treatment before your eating issues completely take over your life.

stupid double post
Guys, I know this girl needs help, but the tone of some of you is really offensive. That's not the way to deal with someone struggling with mental illness.
It's like telling someone sick with cancer that they're not doing enough to help themselves.
Please! It even upset me.

How is telling someone they need to see a doctor offensive? We are not doctors ourselves, and there is not much a person on the internet can do. The advice given was to talk to a doctor, and I agree with that.
I said some of you, I didn't mean everyone who had replied in the whole thread.
thank you.
of course, whether or not someone is rude may *not* be used as an excuse to continue your disordered eating. seriously, girl, you passed *out.* and your doctor is aware. So... you're probably headed for the hospital if you can't get some control. and by control, i don't mean starvation.
Yeah, this sounds mean, but i've been there, and really? people being nice didn't get through to me. Since it's Thanksgiving, I need to publicly thank my friend who said "um, get your [insert profanity and associated body part] to a counselor or I can't talk to you anymore."
If you're not comfortable talking to your parents or doctor, there are some great resources over at somethingfishy.org which can help you get a handle on what's going on, and some of the whys and wherefores of ED's.

I had an eating disorder in middle school. I went from 200 to 120 within a few months. My parents had no clue what was going on until my doctor called them and left something on the answering machine saying that i had low t-cells (or something like that) and that I needed to get help. Of course my parents got upset and they started watching my every bite...but after awhile..i went back to it and passed out in front of my dad. After that, I started eating better.....and uhh maybe too much heh.
You def arnt eating enough and i know it will be hard but you have to eat more than that.

Thank you for posting... I think it is really good that you did.
Like everyone here has already says it definitely sounds as if you are heading into Eating Disorder territory. I have seen alot of this and you will just have to trust me when I say get help NOW before it gets WORSE.
People spend their entire lives controlled by this disease. You are probably afraid to tell anyone because of their reaction but please do so! If anything tell your school nurse and have her call your parents. I would suggest meeting with a therapist and nutritionist as soon as possible.
It is probably scary thinking of everyone's reaction. But they will most likely be very appreciative that you confided in them and wanting to give you immediate help.
