sometimes my teeth ache during exercise

Quote  |  Reply

Sometimes when I jog my bottom teeth in the front begin to ache.  My teeth aren't bad or anything like that.  I just think this is weird.

i think it is the blood rushing.... I get the ache sometimes too... esp if it is chilly and i am breathing hard....

My teeth used to ache when exercising. For a while I had no idea what it was, but eventually realized it was dehydration. I don't know why it happens, but sometimes my teeth will ache, along with a headache, or just by themselves. When I keep myself filled with water, it doesn't happen. :]

It can also happen when you go into oxygen debt.  I used to get it when I would run really fast/far - I don't really do that anymore, but remember the feeling like my teeth were getting ready to go to sleep.

The underside of my chin hurts when I try to do cardio!  It hurts so bad that I can't do cardio except bicycling because you can take a break and keep moving.
