Submitted by mintie

Makes 4 servings

Great on top of salad (instead of bacon bits), or as a snack.

Ingredients
14 ounce extra firm tofu
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chile oil or Tabasco
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. Drain tofu of excess water. Slice tofu in half lengthwise, then slice each half into sticks.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and chile oil/Tabasco.

  4. Place tofu slices on a baking sheet and coat generously with the soy mixture. Transfer to oven and broil until slightly dry to the touch, about 10 minutes.
