Great on top of salad (instead of bacon bits), or as a snack.
| 14 | ounce extra firm tofu |
| 1/3 | cup light soy sauce |
| 2 | tsp sesame oil |
| 1 | tsp chile oil or Tabasco |
- Preheat broiler.
- Drain tofu of excess water. Slice tofu in half lengthwise, then slice each half into sticks.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil and chile oil/Tabasco.
- Place tofu slices on a baking sheet and coat generously with the soy mixture. Transfer to oven and broil until slightly dry to the touch, about 10 minutes.
