Hola amigos!! I am new at ccount, i just signed up last night. I have some serious problem that i feel like i am the only one who meets this. My mama said that at the time when I was born i was really thing, but then later few weeks i started to look bigger you know, huge! lol. Now its already been 18 years, and my birthday is on december and im turning 18. im sophomore in college, and i feel still heavy and feels like noone attracts to me idk. So i am in jean size 12 now, and wear L sized clothes. I possibly weigh 180 or 85 approximately, i really cant tell becuz i live in dorms. So my point is that is it possible to slim down if you were being fat since you were a child? Has any of you experienced that before? 

p.s.: i think i may need some exercises because when i was in back home, i cant really remember i was that active, all i did was like going to class, coming back, and then chill at home. i havent really tried to workout till last year. so maybe i need to exercise more. So umm yeah, is it possible to lose weight and GET IN SHape if you have been fat since your child? and umm, most of my family members are heavy people.

Yes i am sure u can lose weight n get in shape even if u were fat from childhood, when i reached my 18 i decided to finaly get rid of my "baby fat" and dearie i was huge for my age and moderately obese.

U need to look into wat u eat cox u live in dorms try not to rely to heavily on carbs like pasta, and do cardio n strength exercises, if you have a gym near ur dorm join that coz going to gym usually makes you lose weight a lot more quickly. I would recomend that you ask a trainer for the weight exercises and do altleast 30 mins cardio everyday this way u might be able to lose around 5 kg in a month, if you keep a calorie count as well

I was always a chubby girl even though when I was born I was thin. When I turned 15 I decided to lose weight. And I did. I started 78kg on January 2007 (171lbs) and on July 2007 I was 60kg (132lbs). Now after about 2 years I'm 65.5kg (144lbs) and I want to go back. So if I achieved losing 40lbs in 7 months you can lose weight too (and keep in mind that I absolutely adore good food!)

Find fun ways to get in shape like dance(if you like it)!Also change the kind of workout every time!You'll get bored if you do the same thing everyday.Start counting your calories and you'll do just fine!
