Soon to be United States Navy!
Howdy Folks!
My name is Nathan I live in Dalton,GA. I started off with carb diet then I switched to weight watchers and now I have come to a stand still so I am going to just start couting my calories. I am in a hurry to lose around 25-30lbs so that I can join the United States Navy!!
I have been dieting since the last week of march on day 1 I was 332lbs now I am 296bs so far I have lost a total of 36lbs, now im at the point where either my body has adapted to the weight watchers and is no longer letting go of the weight or something is going on.
I walk/jog 2-3miles a min. of 4x a week.
I do around 50 push ups the seconds my feet hit the floor in the morning, around 50-60 before I go to sleep.
I do not eat after dark!
One thing I think that has slowed my weight loss is my water intake I was forcing myself to drink 2Liters or more a day but I just cant get use to drinking water I hate it lol however I know its a requirement to lose weight so I need to def get back on track with that.
Anyways thats who I am and a little bit of my story and I am praying you folks can help/watch me lose the 25lbs and become a sailor :) I look forward to learning from you guys as well as helping to motivate others!!
My calorie counting starts tomorrow :)
If anyone wants to be weight loss buddies, dont hesitate to add me :)

Wow! 36 pounds is awesome! I just started this myself so I don't have any advice, but I didn't have much luck on ww either after a certain point. I am also not a big fan of water, but DeerPark has a new flavored sparkling water that is actually pretty good. Propel and those types are too sweet for me and since I'm such a soda lover the sparkling water helps me feel like I'm not giving that much up. I know, it's all psychological!
Somehow, there is no sodium in the sparkling water, no calories, and no fat obviously. I also drink unsweetened iced tea...takes some getting used to but at least there is a bit of flavor. Anyway, just saying hello and good luck with the Navy!
hey! I'm going to be in the air force and that is my motivation. I started at 150 but have lost 20 lbs.. I still need to lose like 7 more to go to MEPS but it's just so hard. I love bread too much.. haha.. my goal weight is 90lbs cuz im 4'11". Good luck.
