How soon after working out can I go to bed?
I am getting up at 5 am and walking 2 miles (30 min) and then in the evening I am doing some type of aerobic exercise (40-60 min). With my schedule I usually don't do my evening exercises until around 8 pm. After this I take a shower and get ready for the next day. I am usually in bed by 9:30 pm. Am I going to bed to soon after doing that type of exercise?

It doesn't matter; your body doesn't really care.
i typically cant fall asleep for a few hrs after. but sometimes if its freezing and i go running i fall asleep right after. if youre not having problems sleeping then it doesnt really matter.

Lucky you. I have found that I can not exercise 3 hours before bed or I just can not fall asleep.
I have a really hard time falling asleep after a work out too. I wonder if I had a really hard work out if I'd be able to sleep better.
I don't seem to have trouble falling asleep. I fix supper between 5-7 then run for about 40 min. I wonder though if I should eat before I run or wait until after. Then it is close to bedtime. Any suggestions?
