Sooo confused on how may calories i just ate!
For lunch i had 1 cup of stir-fried mushrooms and broccoli on rice. I've been searching and searching and I've found a range of calories from 130 (which has to be wrong) to 500! Most said roughly 250, but since I don't know what exactly they used to stir-fry it, I'm totally confused. Any rice experts out there who can help me out before I eat much more and go way over my cal limit?
Honestly?
It doesn't matter.
I've had 5000 calorie binges before and oddly enough lost a pound in the following week, without changing anything about my diet.
Just log it as 300, because that's maybe as close as you'll get.
oxymoron, you have no idea how much better you just made me feel. seriously, i've had a terrible day and you just perked it up a bit. so thanks.
Impossible to tell without knowing how much rice you ate, and how much oil was used for stir frying. I am with oxymoron just put 300 and move on to the next day. :)
