SoOo hungry...but i've run out of calories to eat :/

it late but my tummy is growling...i just want something. all i have is oats n honey granola bars. yogurt..grapes..and OJ..i really want the granola bar but its 200 cals..help!!!

Have the granola bar-just exercise a little more tomorrow. Smile

You can get granola bars that are 90 cals for the next snack attack-easier to work off.

Drink two big glasses of water.  By the time you finish drinking your belly will be too full to growl at you.  If you feel bad about eating the granola, just eat the grapes.  Fruit always makes you feel less guilty about eating late at night. :)

just eat something.. it's not a big deal!

Next time try grabbing something with a bit of fat; nuts or a little bit of full fat yougurt.  Fats are what make you feel full, so you will be able to eat a tiny snack while still feeling satisfied, make your calories go a bit longer.

Jenny Craig allows for unlimited veggies. Yes, they are calories, but healthy calories. 

Next time, have a bowl of some vegetables that are not in the category of a starchy vegetable. Options are brocolli, green beans, carrots, snap peas.  I could list the whole list if you'd like.

They also have sugar free gelatin on their list of unlimited "free" foods.

Hope that helps you for the next time you get some evening munchies!

I drink a glass of water before eating and drink a cup of green tea during the meal ~ .. both no calories and filling

remember to always have green in half your plate.. thats fiber ~ it will expand and not digest and make you feel full

Granola bars?  Pft.

 

A half a pound of fresh strawberries is around 60 calories, and probably four times the mass of a granola bar.  You won't lose weight by eating that thing.  Snack exclusively on fruits and vegetables - that is how I've lost almost 30 pounds!
