I am SOOOO lucky!

I am so lucky because I don't like chocolate! Most people think it's weird. Perhaps it is, but it is a blessing to never be tempted by chocolate, especially for someone who comes from Belgium where it would haard to resist if I liked it :-)


So no problem with Easter eggs for me. And I have a happy husband who gets all the chocolate he wants!

I am also not a chocolate eater
It all stems from working at a Darrell Lea store as a holiday & after school job when I was 14.  They encouraged you to try everything as much as possible so that you could tell the customers what it was like, also they knew that you would anyway.  Everyone who worked there said you won't enjoy it so much after a while, and as a result I have not "except at that time of the month and then only one small square" craved chocolate.

But all the other excesses at the holiday times apply to me I'm afraid.

I'm not big on chocolate either. My mom makes amazing brownies, and I'm a sucker for things with chocolate in them (especially Nestle chocolate chip cookies, which are pretty much the only thing I can bake and not screw up). But I've never liked straight-up chocolate, like Hershey's bars and stuff. My family thinks I'm crazy :)
