I had a week off exercising this week because...welll i just was not motivated to!?

I have just been having a fat week =(

But my reason behind my update was that i have lost weight?? Even though i have not exercised at alllll!!!! Whats up with that?

Anyone else experienced this?

I got a concussion in February so I took a week off working out. At the end of the week was my 21st birthday at which I ate and drank A LOT. Only after that did I reach my goal!

There's a reason people suggest eating more to break a plateau.

oh man! you had a concussion and i was moaning about being lazy ermmm *hangs head in shame*....

well i still dont understand why???

Undecided

If you were maintaining a large calorie deficit, burning fewer calories can help lose.

Also, one of the reasons many exercise while dieting is so that the body doesn't 'eat' your muscle mass, while I assume it takes more than  a week, it's possible you lost some muscle weight.

OR (to try and hit many possibilities), if you do much strength training, your muscles retain water while healing, if you do it regularly, it seems (in my body), to not really go away until several days of not working out.

i totally get what you mean about weight training its like you limbs swell up ha!
