Soooooooooooooooo Frustrated..... it is my own fault!
OK I admit - I totally lost site of what I was doing about a week before Christmas. I just had so much to take care of I put the whole "diet" thing on hold. I didn't count and only worked out about 1 or 2 times a week for a couple weeks. I had some of everything and didn't t let myself feel guilty for it.
So about Wednesday of last week - I got up the nerve to get n the scale. Not as bad as I thought. Up about 3 pounds - I guess I can deal with that!
So this morning at the gym I go in and weigh myself and it says I am up 8 freaking pounds - which would make it so I am now 15 pounds away from my goal instead of 10. Freaking out! I go home and weigh myself and it says I am only three pounds heavier -
Long and short of it - I am so frustrated with myself.
Needing some help or motivation or something - HELP!!! I did it to myself, that is what is so frustrating - grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I feel like a fat ugly dumbass! Any helpful words
Thanks in advance

I just looked up "fat ugly dumbass" in the dictionary and there was no reference to you! So take that expression out of your vocabulary!

I completely agree with rufus_k
You are beautiful. The more negativity you throw at yourself, the worse your self image is going to be, and the more unhappy you will become with yourself.
It's much much harder to lose weight when you're that depressed.
Stop calling yourself names. You wouldn't like it when someone else does, so why subject yourself to that kind of treatment?
I had to laugh when I read:

I know the negative sucks - I feel so bad today!
I will change my attitude to start! I just started a new job and I think everything feels so difficult right now!

that's so freaky... the exact same thing happened to me, 3 pounds and then 8!!! exact same numbers and everything!
What I'm doing is I took a few days to try to "get off" junk food and get back to eating healthy, and I've doubled my normal daily deficit (used to be -500 kcal daily, -1 lb per week, now it's -1000 daily, -2 lbs per week) so I can make up for lost time from this setback. So far, I've lost 1.5 lbs and I'm already feeling better.
The worst thing you can do right now is beat yourself up over this, because then you'll probably want to eat more junk food and not work out (if you're like me, anyway).
Good Luck getting back on the wagon!
oh well - we know what to do, right? i'm now in day three of no alcohol, eating better, not eating after 7pm, and already my energy is up and i'm more productive. it's just a thing ;-)
