Recipe Ingredients for sopa de feijao com macarrao

340 grams of beef chuck (diced)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup chopped onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 liters of water
1 tbsp salt
4 tomatoes
2 cups spinach
1 cups pinto beans, mature seeds
1/2 pound of spaghetti
