Recipe Ingredients for Sopapilla

16 roll Crescent Rolls
16 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
1.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 stick Butter

Recipe Directions for Sopapilla

  1. Spread out one package Pillsbury Crescent Rolls on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

  2. Mix cream cheese and one cup sugar and vanilla. Spread over crescent rolls.

  3. Spread other package of crescent rolls over cream cheese mix.

  4. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, butter, and cinnamon - (melt butter first), and pour and spread over mix.

  5. Bake at @350 for 30 minutes.
