My leg is sore, tight, and just not feeling so well.
I know why --- because im obsessed with the gym and go everyday.
I am going tomorrow no matter what. and I plan on running for atleast 15 mins (I have rugby at night too). And being at the gym for ATLEAST 30 mins, because i have class
Just wondering if there are any suggestions of what I should do. MINUS not going, because im going.

It depends on what kind of soreness you mean. If it's just tight, you need to do some serious stretching. Sitting in a warm bath might help a bit. Sometimes your quads feels tight and sore because you need to stretch your hamstrings or vice versa I think. I don't know how true that is, but it's worked for me in the past.
On the other hand, if you have tiny hairline fractures and you continue to subject those bones to high impact exercise - you are going to cause a world of trouble. You can be defiant now, but you'll regret it later when you find out that you could have just rested for a week but instead you're out for an entire season.
If this pain seems weird to you in any way, you should really have a doctor take a look at it. Maybe get an x-ray if you've got insurance to cover the cost, or pay a visit to the sports physician at your school.
