sore tongue

ive got a very sore tongue, and its making it even harder to eat, has anyone had this? ive had some blood tests done and one for the liver came back higher then it should be, so ive had to have more test to check vit b6 and b12, anyone been through this? or does anyone have any info on it

The only time i've ever had a sore tongue was when i've eaten a lot of acidic foods. The skin on top of it can kind of get burned by the acid. I don't know if that's what you have, but maybe you could try cutting out acidic foods and see if it gets better? 

Have you done an Internet search?   Do you mean sore as in topical or weak as in muscular?
