SORRY,another how many calorie question,please help!
I know there are tons of these,but I can't seem to figure this out.I keep coming up with 1400-1500 calories to lose weight.someone on another site told me 1600 for me to lose weight she could not tell me where she saw this.she told me I was not eating enough calories.I want to do this right and lose so if anyone can help me figure this out I would truly appreciate it.

I am a stay at home mom so I basically clean house cook laundry etc. I exercise at least 3 times a week.so I'm not sure how active that is I guess I would be lightly active.please help!!! and if you could give me a link to a good site to figure this out that would be wonderful! Thanks-Candi

Yeah me too! I've been busting my butt to have 750+ deficts each day, but this site says that losing more than 1.25 lbs a week isn't really safe for me since I weigh 126. Very interesting! I guess I'll shorten my workouts a little bit (thank God!!)
