Hello There

Craving Apples is pretty good compared to some other foods.

Children (age 4-8) should eat 5 servings from the fruit and veggie group per day. It is important to have a little variety in order to get all the required nutrients. The Canada food guide recommends at least one dark green vegetable and one orange vegetable a day. Filling the remainder of the required fruit and veggies with apples she reasonable to me.

Eating apples for snack is a wonderful habit to get into especially at such a young age.
