Recipe Ingredients for Soto Sulung

250 g beef
250 g babat
250 g liver
250 g lung
3 l water
30 g lemongrass, smash
4 g lemonleaf
20 g ginger, smash
6 tbsp oil
500 ml coconut milk

Additional spices paste:
100 g shallots
80 g garlic
60 g candlenut, grill
40 g turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Soto Sulung

  1. Boil babat, lung, liver and beef, separately until tender, pick up, cut as liked, keep the rest boiling water.

  2. Heat oil, stir fry spices paste until fragrant.

  3. Put the spices into the water, add lemongrass, lemonleaves, ginger and meat part.

  4. Boil all until cook well. Pick up.

  5. Fill a bowl with the soup, garnish with onion leaves and fried onion
