today i ate
breakfast : low carb chocolate pudding
lunch (in school) : kellogs 90 calorie bar
lunch home ; 7 pieces of london broil baked potato
dinner : 1 piece of chicken marsala but no sauce and a salad
also how do u loose weight in your face ?

i dont know, that doesnt sound like enough calories.
i dont know exactly how many calories, but judging how the beef ( london briol was probably a 4-6 once peice, thats about 300 cals)
that sounds like its under 1000 calories, which is too low for any dieter.

Sounds pretty good, but you should probably eat more for breakfast, considering that's the most important meal.
i agree, and also, are there a lot of nutrients, protein, etc in your breakfast/lunch to give you energy and keep you full for the entire day until dinner time??
