All good choices, except I would add some protein. You get a little from the pb, but not that much. Add a scrambled egg, or a few egg whites, or a protein shake. It will keep you full longer.
All good choices. You might consider throwing in a glass of lowfat/skim or soy milk. I try to get more calories early in the day, but that's just me.

This is what I eat almost every morning, but I add about a tsp of flax seed on top for extra fiber and Omega-3s.
