So I've been playing around with my calories and decided that this week if is the low week. First week was adjustment, kinda zigzagged, last week was zigzag with a major cheat on sat and sunday but still okay with it.

I just wanted some feedback on what I eat to see if it's somewhere near where you all are at: I also do and hour of cardio and 1/2 pilates a day w/ arm strenthening and toning 2 times this week for 15 minutes.I burn anywhere from 600 - 800 plus calorie

Is this too little?

please fix the formatting; that gave me a headache.

 

however just by looking at the calorie total, i can see you are eating way too few.

did you use the tools here to figure out how many calories you burn per day when sedentary? add your 800 exercise calories to THAT number, then subtract between 500 and 1000 calories to get the number you should be eating. it is agreed upon here that 1200 is the minimum number your body needs simply to run itself every day. so if you get a lower number than 1200, stick with the 1200.

now by looking at the calories you took in.... and subtracting the 800 you burned off through active exercise... your body is left with 600 calories to stay alive. THAT'S NOT ENOUGH FOR ANYONE! please eat more and read the FAQ threads on the forum.

okay thanks so much. i thought I needed more. I have post saying that i was going to adjust. So I guess I should up intake by a few hundred or so. 1800-1900. I guess sounds good.
