Which sounds better?

Quote  |  Reply

Ok, so I slept in today - wasn't feeling well and only managed some steamed vegetables for lunch...
I made myself a nice bowl of oatmeal with almonds and raisins for dinner - but when I logged everything I saw that I'm at 717 calories... which is, obviously, not good - as I'm aiming for 1500.. It's 9pm and I plan to go to bed in 2 hours- and I'm not feeling hungry (weird?)

do I:

a) just go to bed and eat my normal 1500 tomorrow
b) somehow try to eat more though I feel full - and then go to bed
c) go to bed - but eat around 2000 tomorrow?

I would eat a spoon or two of peanut butter and go off to sleep.  And maybe add in an extra snack tommorrow.

have a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil and wash it down with a a pint of milk (you'll sleep better too)

no peanut butter...or olive oil (my parents hate the stuff - and they've been doing th shopping lately, lol)

I have some Nutella though! :D

But I think I have some nuts left *somewhere* in the kitchen :)

nutella? delish, but you may not want that kind of sugar before bed.  Some nuts would work.  Something dense and high calorie is what I was going for.

If you can't find anything, one low day won't hurt you much.

found another bag of almonds :)

Not quite at 1500, but 1100 sounds a lot better than 700

Going to bed now - and thanks for the advice
