It sounds gross, but OH MY it is delish!!
It is a long story as to why I did this, but the bottom line is I have now found my favorite after workout meal/snack. It sounds so gross, but it is delectable. Mix (in a bowl, not in the yogurt container because it will not fit) 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder with a container of fat free or low-fat yogurt (flavor is your choice, but I prefer either strawberry, banana or cherry). It is so goooooood. It tastes like cake batter. I know that it sounds crazy, but try it and let me know what you think. It has 33 grams of protein which is awesome for after a hard workout, but (depending on the yogurt that you use) only about 200 calories.

that doesnt sound gross! It sounds like a good idea!
I'll have to try it :)
thanks!
Wow it does sound good....maybe I could eat that for breakfast. I still have a hard time figuring out what to have for breakfast!!
I will let you know if I try it!!
So...has anyone had the nerve to try this?
I have had this before. It is known around as "Protein Pudding" or "Whey Pudding".
I've done this before, with a container of plain or vanilla greek yogurt. Depends on how good your protein powder is but yeah, it's not the worst thing ever to eat and it's packed with protein and low calorie. Good for before a workout.
I've done this before too. I went on a protein-yogurt kick though and had it for breakfest everyday for like a month. Now it makes me want to vomit.
SOOO don't eat it tooo often ;)
