tasty low calorie soup
| 2 | cups water |
| 1 | small onion |
| 1 | small carrot |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1 | stalk celery |
| 1/2 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 2 | roma tomatoes |
chop everything. sautee everything but tomatoes in olive oil. add tomatoes and water. simmer for 20 minutes. season to taste.
