Anyone doing or have already done this program? I am on day 4 of phase 1 and very pleased with the results!

Kelly thank you so much for the words of encouragement...and welcome!! You are right we all need to love our selves for what we are. This is a long hard journey but thankfully we all have each other here for support!

Sarah- if you are feeling hungry I believe you should eat something. Some days our body needs more food then normally. Just try to eat something healthy. If its bidging that's the problem try SF gum and water... And stay farrr away from the kitchen!!

Jenna, its not a pity party, its a frustration party because its not fair.  Its sucky.  Your doing the time and deserve the rewards.  Im coming to the party though with a hug and the whole time, I'll even stand besides you with my 406 lb body - the comparison will be very flattering.  Hope that made you smile.   One thing about that skinnier ex is that she doesnt have your guy and I wonder if he doesnt think you look damn good and know what a great person you are.

Kelly, I will be having the surgery when I win my insurance fight.  Its a long drawn out process but theyve no idea how determined I am.  I learned that the surgery originated with individuals who HAD to have parts their digestive tract removed (like cancer) and they went on to eat and gain weight that they should so its a tool, not a promise.  Congrats on the weight drop too!!

So its official, we're no longer feeling sick/getting hurt and now we're being hungry.  Cant wait until that switches to doing giant weight drops. :D
I want to post here, but don't follow the strict SB menus.  I have the book and the general principal is the only thing that helps me. 

I've lost 19# since spring.  For the first time stuck for 2 wks at a  181.5 plateau.  I am dying to get into another "number group" starting with 17?.  I could stop eating.  I could go out and walk until I dropped into 179, but I want it to come off with my regular healthy routine.

If the plateau happened when I was 178 or 179, I wouldn't care.  Why did it have to happen when I was SO CLOSE to a short term goal?

Sun are you excited to get down to another number group.  You are so close also.

Ohio, so good to see you here!  When I drop out of the 400s, its going to be hard to contain myself LOL!  Those numbers are so real so I know how that 17? can mean something.   Hoping to get work done tonight but had to shoutout to you!

Ladies, I know SB isn't all about just counting calories, but I am curious anyway! LOL! What is your average calorie intake? Average Fat? Average protein? I would love to compare! Thanks!

But you didnt tell us yours!  I shoot for 1200 but honestly run below it but not much.  Dont know about the other nutrients but I do eat 1-2 lite stringcheese and 15 nuts daily so theres some fat there. 

Just back from the paid test study.  The Flatbread is like a chulupa/ gordita wrap, chewy thick & awesome.  Both were chicken, quesidilla and italiano, and opposite of expectation.  Quesidilla: Saw cheese but didnt taste one drop, just overly spicy salsa.  Italiano:  Sit down.  I have seen the future.  It had mozerella you could definitely taste but it wasnt needed. There is this sinful parmesean sauce, like alfredo but thicker.  Mark my words - this thing will rock your world.  Ive had diet alreado tv dinners before.  Kraft is either lying or theyve made a deal w/ satan.  Funny thing is italiano should be tomato-y but it wasnt, and quesidillas shouldnt be but they were.   I wish I knew the calories.
A follow up to Goldens question, what amount of carbs are you up to and what is your choice.  Im at 1 still with a daily breakfast wrap (soon to be replaced by flatbread). 

Remember my big deal over kozyshack apple?  I seem like such a food obsessor but it just hits me so strong that something so fattening tasting can not be. 

That last one sounds SO yummy!!!! I cant wait!

As for my intake, I'll use today and yesterdays numbers....today I was 1294 calories, 75 on Fat as well as 75 on carbs (yikes!), and 76 on protein.

Yesterday seemed better...1139 cals, 67 on fat, 28 on carbs, and 108 on protein! I know I did better yesterday than today, but wow! That is a HUGE difference!

Okay it was a scary day cause I didnt stay out of the kitchen.  On one hand all the food I ate was good for me... on the other there was a problem with portion control(meaning I ate it all LOL)..  Tommorrow I am leaving the house with a normal amount of food and not coming home till late  I havent figured out where Im going to go with three kids but Ill think of something.  Maybe Im feeling housebound and Am trying to fill in gaps with food.  Thats how I got to 202lbs and thats not going to happen again... Great outdoors here I come.  Hope everybodys evening is going great...See yall tommorrow!!!
Hey you guys. I just started SB again because nothing else has been working and I've been binging alot. I was just wondering, for the induction, what are some tasty and sweet or just any tasty snacks that I could eat. I ate snow peas today, but they still have sugar in them, so I don't want to eat too many.

we brought the idol of lord ganesh home today and prayed in the morning... and i felt better... it cheered me up... now i believe that everything will turn out fine.... Laughing

you ppl have been so lovely.... i would wait to read the posts everyday... 'coz usually u ppl get up at the time we close our office back here... so i usually dnt get to speak LIVE with anyone.... and there are about 3 pages to read the next morning!!! but i do go through all of them... it cheers me up... go back on my routine.... increased my exercise till tuesday, then i get back to phase 1... that'll keep me in shape.... will upload the snaps of the party on monday.... it'll be fun...

Hey wannabe Ive been wondering where you were.  sugar free jello and no sugar added fudgepops are allowed in phase 1 there yummy.  Shruti you sound happier today Im glad for you..youve had lots of drama to deal with the last week or so.  hopefully everything will settle down so you can take care of you ...Good luck!!!!

You know we were thinking of you Shruti.  Cause of the time zones, I came to expect that early morning Shruti post when I logged in.  Glad all is well, sounds better then well. 

Speaking of which Sarah, Ive been to steady on the apple custards and need to switch back to some the sf fudgsicles before I end up having to toss them (you know how icecream can get when it ages).  Hate throwing out food - how typical is THAT of someone over weight.  Haha.  Im wishing great things for you this upcoming week.  I just feel youve been getting a bad break.  Carrie too.  Sending good thoughts.

This Thursday Im gonna take another photo.  I figure once a month but at my weigh the loss isnt visually as obvious.  Guess I'll see.  Here's to a good weekend of eating right, moving and getting a bit closer to goals.  Good luck all and another welcome to the newbies!
I have been seeing you guys talking about the apple dessert..what is it, where can i get it?? I know i cant have it on phase one, but i am so looking forward to GOOD STUFF in another week...ps..today was a huge temptation..went to the mall with my mommie (yes i am 33!!! and still call her mommie)..our ritual is to go into Nortstroms then a coffee and bagel or pastry....I bought her a Banana Nut bread slice...and NOTHING for me!!!! The lady looked at me like i was crazy when i asked if they had non-dairy creamer so i could get some drip coffee...but nope nothing only soy...and even if i could have it, i am allergic to soy milk...so NOTHING for me...my mommie did stop at the local 7-11 for me to get a cup of regular drip coffee....I hope that this upcoming week will be as good as last week...maybe i can break that 160'z mark...even if it is 169!!!! I am 171.7 this morning..i know i am not suppose to weigh everyday, just a compulsion for me....hope every one has a wonderful weekend!!
Sarah wasnt as impressed but Im crazy on it.  Its KozyShack SF Apple Pie Ala Mode, in refridg sections with the puddings.  Its custard and apple like filling - I get mine at walmart.  Sarah and my niece like their SF tapioca, which I look forward to finding.  Great on the mall - great determination.  Sarah also recommended an easy strawberry buttermilk thing that was really great too.

Thankfully my hunger took a chill pill since yesterday, still dont know what that was all about either.  You get used to being a certain way, but I guess its not peculiar for our bodies to wig out once in a while.

I think with daily weigh in, I dont think its so bad as long as a bad day doesnt ruin your day. 
Oh! I forgot I was one of the founders! That's really cool:D!

Ooo! I love those sugar free fudgesicles! I'm totally gonna buy both the jello and those tomorrow.

I just had like half a bag of sugar peas (the big bags) so I think that that's a little too much. But they're keeping me from going and eating the pie and calamari in the fridge, so I'm guessing that eating peas is ALOT better than that.

I was on it once and lost 16-lbs.  I stayed in phase 1 for like ever - 3-months i think. Then I went straight from phase 1 to getting fat again. That was years ago, and I have done other things to keep my now trim self trim but last month I backed off being healthy with horrific results. So now I'm working out again and going to restart the sb diet. That's one of the things that brought me here to CC - I was looking at the nutrition labels! Awesome how they do that.

 Anyway, tomorrow is day 1. Today is sort of pre-day one meaning that I have eaten well, but will be insisting on hot apple pie crust and real vanilla ice cream tonight.

I got along with this diet very well, and enjoyed the feeling ~ eating clean ~ just grilled chicken, baked turkey, lean pork and each with just a large portion of green veggies. It was totally doable and successful.

I'm in a bit of a rush to get this weight off because i am miserable. I want to lose at least 10 by Oct 6 (a wedding) and it's entirely doable. AND healthy

Oh yeah!! My boss is on it and she looks incredible! And she was my decision to start this again.
