Southern Coleslaw Recipe

This is a quick coleslaw has no mayonnaise and that keeps the calories low.

Ingredients
1 medium tomato, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
16 ounces of shredded coleslaw mix
1/4 cup lime juice
Directions
  1. Place the tomato in a large bowl

  2. Season with salt and pepper

  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and lime juice

  4. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving
