| 400 | grams Shrimp |
| 8 | cups of chicken broth |
| 74 | grams green onion |
| 84 | grams snow pea pods |
| 340 | grams mixed vegetables |
| 184 | grams onions |
| 22 | grams serrano peppers |
| 2 | tbsp olive oil |
| 2 | tbsp flour |
| 1 | tsp sugar |
| 1/4 | tsp black pepper |
| 1 | tbsp ginger |
- Heat the olive oil in a 5 quart soup pan
- Saute onions, peppers and carrots til onions are soft.
- Add all other vegetables except the brocolli.
- Stir well and cover for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add flour, sugar and black pepper. Stir.
- Add chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add Broccolli, simmer for 10 minutes. Add ginger.
- Add shrimp, simmer for 10 minutes
